JJ Kaivin ja Kallio Oy is a provider of civil engineering and mineral aggregates. The acquisition supports Terrawise Oy’s growth strategy. Terrawise Oy is a profolio company of Sentica Partners and it was formed in January 2016 when Sentica Partners acquired three companies, specialized in civil engineering, that formed the new platform for the Terrawise Group.

In 2015, JJ Kaivin ja Kallio Oy’s net revenue was EUR 20 million.
