Alder & Sound was a provider of financial and tax due diligence for Jatkaja and it’s co-investors in the investment in Metsäkonepalvelu Oy. Jatkaja acquires 23% minority share from its passive owners who wanted make an exit from the company. Owner management stays with the company.

Metsäkonepalvelu Group’s net revenue was €23 million in FY17. Group has operations in Finland and Sweden.
