Alder & Sound was a provider of financial, tax, legal due diligence and legal advisor services for Evolver Equity in the acquisition of a controlling interest in Toyrock Oy. With a turnover exceeding €23m and serving more than1,500 points of sale across Finland, Toyrock is a leading importer, marketer and distributor of toys, games and family leisure products in the Finnish market. Toyrock employs 14 people in Turku (HQ), Espoo and Vantaa.
