Alder provides Financial modelling and valuation support, Financial and Tax Due Diligence for Foamit Group, in the acquisition of Glasopor AS in Norway. Glasopor is a producer of lightweight granular building material from recycled glass. Target group’s net sales amounted to NOK 123m (~11.3 m€) and it employed approximately 34 people in FY20. Foamit Group is a portfolio company of Partnera Oyj.
