Founded in 2005 as the dream workplace for developers, Siili Solutions has since grown to become an international all-rounder in digitalization, now employing more than 700 experts. Siili operates in the fields of strategy, technology, artificial intelligence, software automation, information management, design, and hiring personnel.

In 2019, employing over 730 people in their nine offices, Siili had a turnover of 80.5 million euros. Siili is listed on Nasdaq Helsinki.

Towards the end of 2018, Siili Solutions needed a law and taxation expert to help them make one part of their business separate. The goal was to find an adept, easy-to-approach partner with the necessary business agility. As the CFO of Siili Solutions, Aleksi Kankainen, puts it, “we ended up cooperating with Alder & Sound because they ticked all these boxes and were the right size for us. We have been extremely satisfied, because they’ve delivered all we were hoping the cooperation could bring”.

According to Kankainen, Siili Solutions were assured by Alder & Sound’s suitably flexible, yet firm and competent grasp of the work required.

We could genuinely outsource this project to Alder & Sound, because they offered us an efficient turn-key solution. They had ample expertise in international taxation, something that a company our size does not itself have the resources for. That’s where we needed their hard expertise.

“As a result, our much talked-about Siili Auto Oy is now up and running with a suitable transfer pricing model and basis for taxation”, Kankainen adds.

Kankainen says that A&S are people-centred and solution-oriented. Kankainen concludes that they “are nice people, really easy to work with,” and he would “absolutely recommend A&S for the kind of projects that require a good straightforward process and flexibility”.

The end result is an optimal and sustainable operation model for now and in the future.”
