Alder provided Financial Due Diligence for Visma Software Oy, in the acquisition of OWS Finland Oy. OWS offers EDI messaging and e-invoicing services to companies. OWS’s Net Sales amounted to 3.5 m€ in FY21 and it employed 18 people.
