Alder & Sound Oy provides Financial and Tax Due Diligence for Wulff-Yhtiöt Oyj, in the acquisition of  Emo Finland Oy, the parent company of Staples Finland Oy (together “Staples”). Staples is provider of workplace products and services including office equipment, property and cleaning products, hygiene product etc.  In FY20, Staples had an annual turnover of ca EUR 55.8 m million and adjusted EBITDA EUR 2.9m and it employs about 110 employees.
